SCC Provision
- All transactions carried out by MBD are based on the terms and conditions contained in the SCC procedures.
- SCC refers to a set of terms which are binding and constitute an integral part of the agreement between MBD and the Client whether written or in other forms.
- MBD shall not be burdened with other commitments beyond that stated in the SCC except supported with a written agreement duly signed by MBD official authorized to act on behalf of MBD.
