Consignment Prohibition
- MBD does not accept hazardous and inflammable goods or explosives, forbidden drugs, gold, silver, coins, ash, cyanide, platinum, gemstones, valuable metals, stamps, stolen goods, cash checks, money orders, traveller's checks, letters, antique goods, antique paintings, animals or living plants.
- If the Client ships those goods without MBD knowledge, the Client shall release MBD of all claims for damages and/or expenses which may incur including any claims from any parties.
- MBD is entitled to take necessary steps as soon as MBD discovers that there are some violations towards the conditions including to carry out the right contained in OwnerShip Guaranteeparagraph (1).
