Consignment Ownership Guarantee
- The Client here by guarantees that the Client is the legitimate owner of the documents or goods being submitted for shipment by MBD and has agreed to bind itself to the SCC, not only on behalf of the Client itself but also as an agent for and on behalf of all parties concerned with the documents and the goods.
- The Client hereby releases MBD from any lawsuit from any parties as well as for claims of damages including other expenses in the event of any breach to this guarantee.
