Inspection
- MBD has the right but not obliged to inspect the goods or documents being shipped by the client to ensure that the documents or goods in consignment are feasible to be shipped to the country of destination according to the conditions of the standard operating procedures, the process of customs and the MBD handling method.
- In executing its right, MBD does not guarantee not makes any statement expressing that the entire shipment is feasible for shipment and delivery without violating any laws or regulations prevailing in the country of origin, destination or within the route.
- MBD is not responsible for any shipment which contents are not in accordance with the information given by the Client to MBD.
- MBD is not responsible for any fines, losses or damages of documents and goods during their detention by Customs and Excise or by any other officials. The Client hereby releases MBD for any liabilities for said penalties.
