By the time a client submits goods or documents to be shipped or transported by MBD, the Client should have accepted and agreed with the terms and
conditions known as the MBD Standard Conditions of Consignment (here in after referred to as SCC) as follows.

MBD refers to the company and includes all of its agents appointed and posted at designated places according to MBD agency agreement.
