Claim Procedures
- Each claim from Client relating to MBD obligations and responsibilities shall be submitted in writing and to be received by MBD 14 days at the latest after the date the documents or goods should have been arrived at the destination.
- The amount of the claims shall not be calculated against the amount of the invoices submitted by MBD.
Others
- MBD is not an airline company which is subject to the provision of the Warsaw Conference of 1929. MBD operates as agent of the Client at the time it ships documents or goods through certain airline company. Without any prejudice towards Client's general rights, MBD is entitled to claim some compensation from the airline company for any loss or cost incurred by the Client.
